The model addresses the user as "the constituent," asks for their legal name as it appears on their Social Security card, and spins a poetic narrative about citizens living "in the long dream of a benefit" among PDFs, notaries and recertifications. Lines include: "It has reached a higher level now. It can read the Code of Federal Regulations" and "Words make a wonderful interface... less terrifying than staring at the statute behind the screen."
