Self-hosting fix: wiring OpenSERP into Open WebUI for free web search extraction

The author runs a family Open WebUI instance (with Gemma 4) where web search extraction was the weak spot. Wanting no paid APIs and simple setup, they adopted the open-source OpenSERP and submitted two PRs: one making OpenSERP compatible with OWUI's extractor, another adding OpenSERP as a search provider in Open WebUI (links in post). Happy with the result, they shared it since setup took considerable time.
