Microsoft's CorpusMap organizes corpora around entities, improving agentic search quality with fewer tokens
microsoft · hf · 2026-09-30
Microsoft proposes CorpusMap, a navigation layer for agentic search over large document collections. It resolves recurring entities offline into Entity Pages that aggregate related info and link to every referencing document, forming an entity-document graph the agent can traverse, with links shared across queries. Across 7 models and 3 benchmarks, CorpusMap improves evidence discovery and answer quality over raw-corpus agentic search while using fewer tokens, and beats 4 alternative navigation layers.
