RTX 5060 Ti hits 1248 GB/s with +5500 memory overclock after GDDR7 mlock unlock

A new tool called mlock unlocks higher memory overclocking limits on GDDR7 cards, and the memory turns out to have lots of headroom: an RTX 5060 Ti with +5500 MHz offset reaches 1248 GB/s bandwidth, roughly +40% over stock.
For local LLM inference this is a meaningful win — token generation is bandwidth-bound, so a free 40% bandwidth boost translates directly into faster local decoding.
