Tencent's TenPayGo lets foreigners pay via WeChat Pay without a WeChat account

Tencent launched TenPayGo, an app that port's WeChat Pay's card binding and payments for foreigners: register with email, link a credit card, and pay anywhere WeChat Pay is accepted in China. The author tested a 28 RMB payment with fees (0.84 RMB) fully waived during the promo period. Overseas credit cards can also be added — useful for indie developers spending China-sourced online income locally.
