Exec clarifies dots pricing: 24/7 background agent work doesn't draw down your plan usage

After getting a Community Note on his dots announcement, the author pushes back with a billing clarification:
- Your primary dot is included in the plan and runs 24/7; work it does directly uses zero of your usage, on top of your plan quota.
- Asking the dot to create a Codex task still draws usage as usual.
- Faster dots and more bandwidth will become a paid feature, but baseline functionality stays included.
Context: dots are agents powered by the company's best model Astra, with their own computer and browser, connectable to 4,000+ apps, shipping to Pro users now.
