Interpretability researcher Neel Nanda responded to criticism that Palisade Research's video of AI researchers is 'propaganda' from an EA-funded Berkeley safety group. He acknowledged selection bias — people who join a video inspired by public concern over AGI existential risk are unusually likely to care about it — but said Palisade didn't control what he said and he simply spoke his mind.
