Greg Mushen shares two real use cases of personal AI assistants: Dot found that a software company had overcharged him $257 and is now tracking it down — something he says he would never have thought to question.
He also runs Hermes long-term for health and household management: hourly step syncing from his phone, calorie and workout tracking, shopping lists, family chores and pantry inventory, with the agent handling all meal planning around family preferences and sale items.
