MIRA 2.0 UI moves text to top of display to keep eye contact

MIRA 2.0's new UI places text at the top of the display and keeps the center open so you can maintain eye contact while talking. Apps and settings live in a side menu, and glancing up shows recent notifications on the MIRA dashboard.
