ChatGPT Work and Codex desktop apps add PR-based code review with Codex

OpenAI added code review workflows to the ChatGPT Work and Codex desktop apps: you can open a GitHub pull request, inspect the diff, and ask Codex about the changes, or get feedback on your own changes before sharing them. Official docs for the workflow are now available.
