When PDF Expert demanded payment for Premium again despite an active subscription through January 2027, @LabradorTesla handed the mess to AI assistant Muse: it found the buried January 14 receipt ($79.99, #2880-9106) in seconds, then drafted and sent a complete support email — account info, subscription term, receipt included — without leaving the chat, and got a ticket number back the same evening.
