Dev builds Rez-inspired music rail shooter with Sonnet then Opus, playable in browser
AIandDesign · x · 2026-09-30
Developer Marco van Hylckama Vlieg built PULSE//BREACH, a browser rail shooter homage to Rez, by prototyping with Sonnet and then enhancing it with Opus using three.js. Explosions stay in tune with the music, and players can drop in their own local audio files to generate levels — all processing stays on-device. Playable now in the browser.
