OpenClaw Enterprise launches as open source vendor-neutral platform aiming to be 'Kubernetes for agents'

The OpenClaw team launched OpenClaw Enterprise (OCE), an open source, vendor-neutral platform for managing persistent agents in sensitive environments, aiming to become for agents what Kubernetes is for containers.

- Motivation: most orgs' IT departments simply ban agentic platforms like OpenClaw due to missing security, safety and governance standards; OCE targets deploying powerful agents without nerfing capabilities.
- Offers an enterprise-grade control plane with multi-tenancy, hard security boundaries, standardized agentic primitives, and governance/auditability across the agent lifecycle.
- Vendor-neutral: harness, model and sandbox can be swapped for third-party or internal implementations.
- 1.0 planned for later this year; available now to self-host via docker-compose, developed in the open with the community.
