Dyna Robotics ships Dyna-2.1, pivoting from task mastery to 'whole employee' robots paid by role

Dyna Robotics announced Dyna-2.1: after previously demonstrating commercial-grade mastery on individual tasks, its robots now act as agentic whole employees that complete full workflows wherever deployed. The company says the business model shifts accordingly — customers pay for complete roles, not isolated tasks. Executives praised the team's execution and teased more to come in the coming months.
