Obsidian Mind, an open-source GitHub project with 4.7k stars, turns a self-organizing Obsidian vault into persistent memory for AI coding agents. It works natively with Claude Code and has hooks for Codex CLI and Gemini CLI, letting agents retain notes, links, and context across sessions instead of starting from zero, with MCP config and structured vault conventions built in.
