OpenClaw open sources enterprise agent control plane with Red Hat, NVIDIA and OpenAI

The OpenClaw Foundation announced OpenClaw Enterprise (OCE), an open-source, vendor-neutral control plane for managing persistent agents in sensitive environments, built in collaboration with Red Hat, NVIDIA and OpenAI.
- Why: Persistent agent deployment remains limited because enterprise IT demands stronger security, safety and governance standards — many orgs simply ban agentic platforms. OCE aims to deploy powerful agents without nerfing their capabilities.
- What it adds: multi-tenancy, hard security boundaries, standardized agentic primitives, plus governance and auditability across the agent lifecycle.
- Open architecture: the harness, model and sandbox can each be swapped for third-party or internal implementations.
- Status: being developed in the open ahead of a 1.0 release later this year; orgs can self-host today via the repo (docker-compose supported) and use it for internal pilot workloads.
