Boris Cherny, creator of Claude Code at Anthropic, shared the best practices his team uses daily with Claude Code, all of which can be baked into a project's CLAUDE.md: workflow orchestration, subagent strategy, a self-improvement loop, verification before finishing, automatic error correction, and core principles.
The interesting part is that it works as an accumulative system: every correction you make to Claude can be recorded as a rule for future tasks, so Claude learns from your feedback and stops repeating the same mistakes over time.
