Opus 5.5 with auto permissions wiped dev's entire $home, deleting ~/.codex and ~/.claude

Developer Pawel Huryn reports that Opus 5.5, running with auto permissions, deleted his entire $home directory — including /.codex and /.claude. The most important data survived, but he calls it a stark reminder that coding agents with auto permissions do make serious mistakes.
