xAI launched Grok Bot, positioning it as "AI teammates that finish the work," available for macOS with enterprise sales:
- Delegate like coworkers: Bots sign into your tools (e.g., Zendesk queues), operate apps and websites like you would, and come back with finished work, only pinging you for approval
- Learn by demonstration: show a workflow once, it's saved as a routine and runs autonomously; Bots retain context across sessions (e.g., a client only signs annual deals)
- Parallel multi-Bot work: assign roles like Sales Outbound, Talent Scout, Expense Manager, or Chief of Staff; Bots pass work between themselves and run 24/7
