No global governance needed: leaking model weights is just bad business, free markets will pace the frontier

The author argues we don't need "AI will kill us all" narratives or global government to pace the frontier: if an AI lab can't get its supporting software (sandboxes, etc.) to work, it risks leaking IP including model weights, reputational damage and loss of customer trust. That's simply bad business — free markets will get us far.
