OpenAI says ChatGPT now reaches 1.2 billion people weekly and its annualized revenue rate is nearing $70B, up about 70% since the start of Q3. Enterprise sales, the Codex coding assistant and an aggressive price war are driving growth, with Anthropic close behind on a similar run rate.
