OpenAI's developer account announced the Decisions API, powered by GPT-6 Luna, giving apps real-time decision-making capabilities.
- Developers define questions and candidate answers; the API can classify content, route requests, or pick an agent's next action
- Accepts text or images as context — e.g., supply a support request and candidate teams, and it returns a selection your app can use
- Currently in limited preview for selected API customers, with broad release planned in the coming days
