OpenAI ships major Codex CLI refresh with full-screen UI and parallel agent management

OpenAI announced a major refresh of Codex CLI, its terminal-based coding agent, targeting developers who live in the command line:
- New full-screen interface with better readability
- Ways to manage parallel work and agents inside the terminal
- OpenAI says it is continuing to invest in Codex CLI
