InstaCloud, backed by Y Combinator, launches as an "agent-native" serverless cloud built from the ground up for AI agents to provision and operate infrastructure directly, with human guardrails for critical changes.
- One command (npx -y insta@latest setup agent) connects any agent, which then handles end-to-end provisioning, deployment, and ops
- In the demo, the agent auto-created a project, deployed frontend and database services, and proposed deploying Redis to fix a high-usage alert, with human approval
- No machine specs needed: auto-scaling up with demand and down to zero when idle, pay-per-use
