DeployGuard: a deployment agent with long-term memory that recalls past incidents

The author built DeployGuard, a deployment agent with long-term memory using Hindsight, after a forgotten database-timeout incident recurred three weeks later. Key design: memory recalls, the database verifies — Hindsight surfaces semantically similar past deployment experiences, validated against structured PostgreSQL records before Gemini runs risk analysis. This shifts the question from "what's happening" to "have we seen this before". Open-sourced on GitHub.
