OpenAI Details Dots Safety: Boundary Controls and Optional Cloud Computer Access

OpenAI elaborated on the safety design of its new dots agents: users can set boundaries for what a dot can do autonomously, when it must ask first, and what it should never do. Each dot runs on its own OpenAI-provided cloud computer, and connecting the user's own apps and data is entirely optional.
