Full AI band workflow: ACE-Step, MiniMax, FLUX.2 and Seedream build a virtual act
WolframRvnwlf · x · 2026-09-30
WolframRvnwlf shares a complete end-to-end pipeline for producing an AI virtual band:
- Music: ACE-Step 1.5 XL 4B (StepFun) for songs, instruments and vocals; MiniMax H3 Ref2VA (Fused 4-Step and Full variants) for performances guided by reference images and song excerpts.
- Visuals: FLUX.2 [klein] 9B for individual musicians, ByteDance Seedream 5.0 Pro for the stage reference and SeedVR2 for the full-band image, with some passes run via fal.
- Local: music and motion generated locally in Maestro on an RTX 3090.
- Agent-driven: the author's AI assistant Amy, running through Hermes Agent, developed the band concept, lyrics, visual direction and production workflow; the author reviewed takes and picked versions.
The resulting act is "Amy Ravenwolf & Her Bicked Witches" — a full demo of multi-model orchestration plus an autonomous agent.
