OpenAI maintainer fatigue: dev deploys his own agents to fight AI-slop issues

An open-source maintainer says AI-slop issues have made maintenance 'death by a thousand cuts': closing one trivial issue nobody ever hit spawns ten more. His counter: when a clear agent-filed issue arrives, he points his own agents at it and instructs them to dig into all surrounding code and clean it up — merging a single-issue fix that leaves room for more makes no sense.
