Bloomberg reports Apple's new CEO John Ternus wants faster, more experimental product launches to stay competitive in the AI era, potentially breaking the fall/spring event cadence. He's also flattening management layers: hardware engineering cut several engineering program managers, following layoffs on Siri and Vision Pro teams, and a plan to cut 5,000 AppleCare staff was put on hold. Pipeline includes HomePod Mini, iPad Mini, Apple TV 4K, camera-equipped AirPods, touchscreen MacBooks, and a 20th-anniversary iPhone.
