Muse Code 1.4.0 hits triple bug reports: broken login, resume kills workflows, 60s hangs

Developer Pawel Huryn filed multiple bug reports against Muse Code 1.4.0:
- session/resume breaks workflows: after resuming a session, every workflow launch returns workflowlaunchunavailable; chat, tools and history still work. Reproduced on Windows and Linux (Issue #64), suggesting the launcher is bound to the serve process's original session.
- denyUnmatched self-block: the policy denies Muse's own submitreminderdecision call, keeping every turn open 60 seconds after the answer.
- Windows login breakage: the Sep 24 build failed credential saving with keychain write failed after browser auth; a fix shipped in 1.4.0-R4302.1.
