Open-source incident agent uses Hindsight memory to recall failed fixes

A developer open-sourced an incident-response agent prototype (Python + Streamlit, GitHub: itzkiran565-cpu/Incident-response) built around one insight: the hard part of recurring incidents is remembering that the same fix already failed last time.
Key design:
- Hindsight serves as the memory layer, Groq generates responses; flow: alert → UI → recall history → evidence → LLM → recommendation → human resolution → feedback written back as future memory.
- A Live Alert UI (payments-api / auth-service) recalls relevant history and exposes a memory trace so recommendations are explainable, not black-box output.
- Prompts force the model to separate alert, history, evidence and diagnosis, forbid inventing dates or fixes, and require accounting for previously failed fixes.
- A before/after memory comparison shows the workflow-level difference; the project deliberately skips autonomous remediation and benchmarks, focusing on diagnosis only.
