Meta announced Muse for Small Business, expanding its personal AI agent Muse (launched earlier this month in the US and Canada) into a small-business operations assistant: give it a goal like finding customers or running your business, and it executes tasks on your behalf.
- New connectors: one-click integration with Asana, Box, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe, Zoom, plus Facebook and Instagram business accounts, so Muse starts with context on your business.
- Safety: nothing publishes, sends, or spends without user approval; Meta published separate posts on how safety and privacy were built in.
- Meta calls Muse one of the most important products it has built for the era of personal superintelligence.
