Sonnet 5.5 one-shots a full $100K/month app in a single prompt

Developer Prajwal Tomar reports that Claude Sonnet 5.5 one-shotted an entire 12-screen app — a rebuild of an app estimated to make $100K/month — from a single prompt. Citing his own earlier post: Sonnet 5.5 costs half as much per token as Opus 5.5 yet beat it on Terminal Bench at max effort. His Opus build still has better animations, but he estimates Opus is overkill for 70% of current use cases and is switching most building to Sonnet, reserving Opus for tasks that truly need it.
