Gemini CLI fixes SSH failure: empty core.sshCommand override caused git unable-to-fork

google-gemini/gemini-cli PR #29551 fixes an SSH remote failure.
- The shell runner and getSafeGitEnv injected an empty-string override for core.sshCommand; Git treats the empty value as the SSH program name, causing fatal: unable to fork on SSH remotes.
- The fix points the neutralized override at ssh, preserving the security block on repo-configured commands while letting the system client run.
- The PR includes repro/validation commands via GITCONFIG env vars plus unit tests.
