South Korea's Diden Spider is a four-legged welding robot with magnetic feet that walks on steel floors, climbs vertical walls and sticks to ceilings. Carrying up to 30 kg and squeezing through tight shipyard spaces, it welds where workers once needed ladders and harnesses — and Korean shipyards are already deploying it.
