Standard Bots Launches No-Code Robot OS, Says Only 6% of US Manufacturers Use Robots
LexiLove · x · 2026-09-29
Robotics company Standard Bots launched the latest version of Standard Bots OS, targeting the fact that only 6% of U.S. manufacturers use robots — mostly because they're too hard to use.
The no-code system stores positions as spaces, tracks cycles and equipment states with variables, and lets users snap together five step categories (moves/grippers, control logic, signals, operator prompts, and vision) into working programs — no robotics experience required. An applications engineer demonstrates how quickly a routine can be built.
