Building an evidence-driven incident response agent with Hindsight memory

A Reddit user presented RecallOps, an evidence-driven incident response agent built on the Hindsight memory framework: instead of investigating from scratch, the agent recalls similar past incidents, sees what worked and what failed, uses that evidence in its investigation, then saves the new resolution back to memory.
