Two types of docs: hand-crafted memos vs slop packets as agent-to-agent communication

Responding to Figma's new policy requiring "written with AI" labels, nbaschez argues docs come in two types:
- Memos: thoughtful, hand-crafted documents;
- Slop packets: thin handoff layers between meat proxies — effectively agent-to-agent communication.
The take: much internal documentation has already degraded into low-quality handoffs, and labeling policies are a response to that reality.
