A glitch becomes a feature: MiniMax-H3 LoRA spins photos like physical cards

wildmindai released a rank-32 LoRA for MiniMax-H3 Ref2VA that does two prompt-switchable tricks: spinning a photo in space like a thin physical card (subject turning with it, landing back on the original after 5.125s), and a smooth clockwise 360° orbit around a frozen subject. It originated from a glitch—when tested on a real 1867 Julia Margaret Cameron portrait instead of training-style Blender renders, the model orbited the photograph itself. The team captioned that clip and trained 50 more steps on top of the 750-step orbit LoRA, shipping it on Hugging Face as orbit/camera LoRAs proliferate.
