Scale's Muse agent autonomously files a Verizon complaint from one photo

A user shared how Scale AI's Muse agent handled a real-world chore: he photographed a mess of wires on a utility pole and asked Muse to contact Verizon — the agent went to Verizon's website and completed the complaint process autonomously. "Someone should do something about that" is now a prompt, he writes, noting he'd otherwise have been mildly annoyed for five years. Scale CEO Alexandr Wang amplified the case.
