GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.89 adds GPT-6 Sol/Luna and Claude Opus 5.5, fixes MCP issues

github/copilot-cli v1.0.89 ships with notable updates:
- Model picker adds GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna, plus support for claude-opus-5.5.
- Auto mode suggests a routing tier with quick switching; unsupported Fast profile removed, falling back to Balance.
- Claude Code rule files in .claude/rules are now supported as custom instructions.
- MCP fixes: pre-registered OAuth clients honor configured oauthScopes; server/tool filters match slash-containing tool names; fixed Gemini 400 errors from MCP tool schemas.
- UX improvements: Esc Esc to retract an unanswered prompt, queued exit commands, unread session indicators, and sandbox/enterprise fixes.
