Filip Panoski, developer of Bazzly, shared how he grew his MRR from $100 to $15k in six months with nothing going viral, just four steps executed in order:
- Improve the offer by talking to users: interview non-converters and churned users; what they tell you is what makes the offer worth paying for.
- Build a distribution system, not a launch: aim for at least 100 repeatable weekly visitors — his was Reddit, via helpful replies in threads asking for tools like his, 5 minutes a day.
- Fix the funnel before adding traffic: track visitor→signup, signup→trial, trial→paid, and churn; fix the worst number first, then repeat.
Core thesis: growth comes from repeatable distribution plus funnel optimization, not one-off launches.
