Combining Muse Spark and SAM 3.1 to pin reactions to objects across video frames

Developer nikhilaravi shows a combo built on Meta's Model API: Muse Spark captions what's in a scene, then SAM 3.1 takes each noun phrase and predicts instance masks with a stable per-frame id. The result: reactions (hearts, comments) attach to a specific object and follow it through the entire video. Both models are available on Meta's API platform.
