Developer alexverem shares a spatial AI coding demo: feed it a floor plan and it turns the layout into a 3D room you can freely manipulate — move the bed, change dimensions, rearrange furniture, rotate the whole room — with updates fast enough to iterate without waiting on the model.
He built it with Space Bunny inside OpenCode specifically to test how the model handles spatial tasks instead of yet another standard web app: understanding the layout, tracking where everything belongs, and keeping the room visually coherent through constant changes. His takeaway: AI coding gets far more interesting when you stop asking it to rebuild software that already exists.
