Back up your entire Hermes agent setup with one command — no tokens burned

Hermes users accumulate profiles, memory, sessions, skills and configs that would be painful to rebuild. The recommended flow: hermes backup for a full backup, hermes import to restore.
Better yet, Hermes supports recurring no-agent cron jobs, so a backup script can run on a schedule without invoking an LLM or spending model tokens — Hermes can literally back up itself. Keep at least one copy off-machine: Google Drive/OneDrive, a NAS, Cloudflare R2, or encrypted cloud via rclone. A private GitHub repo works for configs but not raw full backups.
