Grok Bot stores memory as individual written notes, and outdated rules pile up into conflicting versions, degrading memory quality over time.
The author shares a copy-paste cleanup prompt: have the bot read every stored memory (including ones it normally wouldn't surface), group them by topic, then for each topic show the rule it believes is current, every older or conflicting version it would delete, and anything it's unsure about — with a hard rule that nothing is deleted until the user approves.
