RecallOps: an AI incident responder that remembers how the last incident was fixed

Typical LLM incident assistants explain causes but have no experience. RecallOps, built around Hindsight agent memory, changes that: on a 503, the agent recalls two similar incidents—one fixed by enlarging the connection pool, another where the same fix failed because the real cause was downstream Fraud API latency—and recommends checking both signals first. It keeps facts, hypotheses, successful fixes, and failed remediations separate in a Recall → Reflect → Investigate → Resolve → Retain loop.
