GPT-6 Sol appears on LMArena: 24-hour Direct Mode window before Battle and Agent Mode

LMArena has made OpenAI's GPT-6 Sol available in Direct Mode, selectable from the dropdown menu for a limited 24-hour window ending Sept. 29 at 9am PT.
- The Medium variant is available in Direct Mode during the window
- After the window closes, the model remains accessible in Battle and Agent Mode, where it is already live
- Announced by Arena's official account — a third-party evaluation platform, not an OpenAI channel
