Cloudflare's Kitesurf Agentic Browser Adds WebMCP Support and Terminal Rendering

Cloudflare shipped a major update to Kitesurf, its agentic browser that runs entirely on Cloudflare Workers and was built around what agents—not humans—need from the web.
- WebMCP support: websites weren't built for agents, so simulating clicks is slow and fragile. WebMCP lets developers expose site functionality directly to agents (e.g., call searchFlights() instead of clicking). Cloudflare recently enabled one-switch WebMCP for site owners, so browser agents can discover and use site tools without code changes
- More web standards: Kitesurf now supports WebMCP and additional standards
- Terminal rendering: Kitesurf can render directly to the terminal
- A public playground lets you try it: open Cloudflare Radar and inspect WebMCP tools like navigate-to and set-location in the DevTools Application tab
