Claude Code Auto mode classifier outage blocked all Bash calls for minutes

GitHub issue #97854 reports Claude Code's Auto-mode server-side safety classifier intermittently returning no verdict, making 100% of Bash and ScheduleWakeup calls fail — even trivial ones like echo ok — for minutes before self-resolving. Read-only ops were unaffected; the shared classification service, not a single tool, was at fault.
